Ballon-Poire PBA – Return Policy

1. Return Period

Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for a product purchased from Ballon-Poire.

For certain specific products, such as accessories or replacement parts, a different return period may apply.

2. Condition of Returned Products

The product must be returned in new condition and must not have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to open and inspect it. It must include all original accessories, components, packaging, and labels.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

3. Reasons for Return and Fees

• Change of mind / product no longer needed: The customer is responsible for arranging the return and covering the return shipping costs.

• Seller error / defective product: We will cover the applicable return shipping costs and provide either a full refund or a replacement.

• Restocking fee: A restocking fee of up to 20% of the item’s purchase price may apply if the product is returned opened, incomplete, or damaged, where permitted under applicable rules and regulations.

4. Return Address and Shipping

Returns must be sent to the designated return address provided to the customer.

The package must be shipped with a tracking number and insured when necessary.

For purchases made through Amazon or another marketplace, the return policies of that platform will apply, and a prepaid return shipping label will be provided when required.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 2 to 5 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If the item does not meet the return conditions, we will contact the customer before applying a restocking fee, where permitted, or refusing the refund.

6. Ball Maintenance and Storage

Important – Outdoor Model: The Ballon-Poire PBA outdoor system is designed for outdoor use. However, the ball itself must not be left outdoors between uses.

After each use, the ball must be removed and stored in a dry location.

Prolonged exposure to rain, moisture, sunlight, or significant temperature fluctuations may damage the ball’s outer covering and reduce its lifespan.

Deterioration resulting from prolonged outdoor storage, weather exposure, excessive sunlight, or use contrary to the care and maintenance instructions may not be considered a manufacturing defect and may be excluded from our commercial warranty, subject to applicable statutory warranties and the policies of the marketplace through which the product was purchased.

7. Communication & Transparency

This policy is available on ballon-poire.com and, where applicable, on our partner marketplaces.

This policy may be updated from time to time. However, each request will be handled in good faith and in accordance with applicable laws and marketplace policies.
